This service is provided to individuals enrolled in the HCS or TxHmL program who are over the age of 21, ensuring access to necessary dental care and treatment.

Building Voices, Building Confidence

This service is provided to promote and increase verbal communication skills for individuals enrolled in the HCS or TxHmL program.

Nutrition & Meal Support

This service provides assistance to individuals enrolled in the HCS or TxHmL program who have dietary needs requiring specialized nutrition planning and support.

Supported Employment Services

This service provides ongoing individualized support to help individuals sustain paid employment, including supervision, training, and workplace guidance.

HCS group homes are staffed 24/7 by trained direct support professionals, and they provide services to help people with disabilities live full and independent lives.

HCS respite services provide temporary relief for caregivers of people with IDD. This service can be used on an as-needed basis, or it can be provided on a regular schedule.

HCS supported employment helps people with disabilities find and keep competitive jobs in the community. This service includes job coaching and support, as well as access to resources and training.

Crisis Services

Crisis services are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week for children, adolescents and adults. These services are available to current clients as well as individuals who are not currently receiving Texana services.

Mental Health Adult Services

We assess, treat and coordinate care for adults with serious and persistent mental illness. Types of services include: care coordination, counseling, peer services, medication, and others.

Autism & ABA Services

We specialize in high quality Applied Behavior Analysis, providing an array of therapeutic programs with a special focus on autism, developmental delays, and developmental disabilities.

Developmental Disabilities Services
