How do I book an appointment online?

Booking an appointment online is simple. Visit our Contact or Appointments page, fill out the online request form with your details, and select the service you need. Once submitted, our team will review your request and confirm your appointment by phone or email. If you need assistance, you can always call us directly, and we’ll be happy to guide you through the process.

What types of medical services do you offer?

We provide a wide range of healthcare services through the HCS/TxHmL programs, tailored to meet individual needs. These include nursing (RN/LVN), occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, dietary support, behavioral supports, and dental treatment (for individuals over 21). Our goal is to ensure each person receives the care, treatment, and support necessary to live a healthier and more independent life.

Do you accept insurance plans?

Our services are primarily provided through the HCS and TxHmL programs, which are funded by Medicaid. Because of this, traditional private insurance plans are not typically required or accepted for these services. If you have questions about coverage or eligibility, our team will be happy to guide you through the process and explain your options.

Are telemedicine consultations available?

es, we offer telemedicine consultations for certain services when appropriate. This allows individuals and families to connect with healthcare professionals from the comfort of their home. Telemedicine may be available for follow-up visits, therapy sessions, and consultations that do not require in-person care. Please contact our office to learn which services can be provided virtually.
